Processing time

After confirming your order and design details, your card is produced and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Tracking

All orders include a tracking number sent to your email once your card has been dispatched.

Custom-made products

All TDM Cards are custom-produced to your specifications. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once production has begun.

Defective or damaged cards

If your card arrives damaged or the NFC chip is not functioning correctly, we will replace it at no charge. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your card.

Digital profile issues

If you experience any issues with your digital profile, we will resolve them promptly and free of charge.

How to report an issue

Email us at [email protected] with your order details and a description of the problem. We aim to respond within one business day.

Your card is ready to use

Your TDM Card arrives fully configured — no setup required on your end.

How to tap

• Hold your TDM Card near the back of the other person's phone
• iPhone: hold near the top edge, close to the rear camera
• Android: hold near the centre of the back of the phone
• Your digital profile opens automatically in their browser — no app needed

If it doesn't work

• Make sure NFC is enabled (Settings → NFC or Connections → NFC)
• Try slightly different positions on the back of the phone
• Remove thick protective cases — they can reduce NFC range
• On older iPhones, activate NFC Reader Mode from Control Centre

Data retention

We retain order and profile data for as long as your profile remains active. Contact form data is deleted after 12 months.

Third parties

We use Formspree to process contact form submissions. We do not sell your data to any third party.

1. Overview

By placing an order with TDM Business Cards, you agree to these terms. TDM Business Cards is operated from Latvia and governed by Latvian and EU law.

2. Orders

All orders are custom-produced to your specifications. Orders are confirmed once we have received your design details and payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

3. Pricing

Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are calculated separately at time of order.

4. Digital profile subscription

Your digital profile is maintained through an ongoing subscription. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; upon cancellation your profile will be deactivated.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of any logos, images, or content you provide for your card. By submitting them you confirm you have the right to use them.

6. Limitation of liability

TDM Business Cards is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
